Went thru drive thru today and, once again, screwed up our order. Charged us for something we did not order. Worse is was a piece a sausage slapped on top of the breakfast filet we did order. I don't eat sausage because it is disgusting which now its disgusting grease covered my filet , so not able to eat that either. Called asking how I get refunded for over charge, forget that I also couldn't eat the chicken. Told by Mgr I had to come back with receipt to get my money back. I am a loyal Chick-fil-A customer. I am at Chick-fil-A multiple times a month, sometimes multiple times per week. But this is by far the worst Chick-fil-A I have ever been to. Any and every time that I come to this Chick-fil-A, I always have an issue. Whether it be missing items in the bag, or sitting in the curbside pick up for an extended period of time for an order. I just sat in the curbside pick up over 10 minutes for one drink. In the time that I sit out there, I did not see one employee come out and make any deliveries. I never have these issues at any other Chick-fil-A. So I don’t know

I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich. Instead of the multigrain bun, I ordered a plain white bun, which is cheaper. When I checked my receipt I saw I was charged an extra $.80 for a cheaper bun! They have you pay before you get your order hoping people won’t notice, which is deceptive. I called and asked to speak to a manager about this and I was put on hold and no one came to the phone. After waiting 15 minutes I called back. No one answered this time. They just lost a customer.
