My boyfriend and I had our first breakfast together here, around a year ago, and it's still amazing. The prices aren't insane, the atmosphere is nice, the food is really good. Also the fruit doesn't taste like chemicals (like at IHOP), so that's really nice. The servers and owner is really nice too. We also got a pancake on the house, so that was really nice of them.

We came to UNT to move our daughter out of her dorm. We were looking for a place to eat breakfast after we finished. We decided to try this place and we were not disappointed. Everyone is friendly. I had the Mean Green Eggs Benedict with hash browns, my husband had the deep south skillet, and my daughter had the chorizo avocado sammich with hash browns, we also ordered some buttermilk pancakes. Everything came out hot and fresh. They give you heated maple syrup for the pancakes. All of the food was delicious. My only complaint is that one of my eggs was overcooked. Absolutely loved this locally owned diner. It was packed with a line out the door on a Sunday, which honestly tells you everything you need to know. Even with how busy they were, the food came quick. They fresh squeeze their orange juice, make their salsa daily, and everything tasted homemade. The steak and hash brown skillet was probably one of the best breakfast skillets I’ve ever had. This was our first time here and I must say this is hands down one of the best breakfasts we’ve ever had anywhere. The food is very fresh and made with quality ingredients. The service is outstanding and the atmosphere is great. This will definitely be our breakfast spot from here on out!
