The woman who took my order was very short and rude, as a manager for a restaurant Im a strong believer in customer service and if you simply don't like your job please find another. My fries were super old, I would have rather waited for fresh ones no matter the wait. And half way through my fries I found the hair shown in the picture, I understand things happen but it's been overall a terrible experience. Being McDonald's I don't expect much but at least have good customer service, the people in the morning time are freaking amazing!! Night crew needs to do better.

I stopped by here to get a happy meal for my daughter and the service was just absolutely horrible from the second the little girl took my order to getting my food. Soooo They have a pay window and a pick up window. I sat at the pay window for five minutes while employees looked at me for them not to say anything to me about driving up to pay then once I got to the pick up window and paid The boy that handed me, my food was so aggressive with it Then proceeded To put his HAND and the happy meal in my car!! If waiting is your game, this is the place for you! Forget ordering condiments, they’ll forget every single one. Mind you, you get to watch your order sit and get cold as you wait at the window and watch the employees disappear! Additionally, this is the 4th time I’ve gone here, paid for extra sauces, and haven’t even been given the ones that come with your nuggets. Just an overall piece of trash location.

Our family stopped by to get our youngest a Happy Meal, and I have to say—this is the first time I’ve had such a pleasant experience here. Our order was taken by Eduardo, and he was wonderful. He didn’t sound irritated or rushed, and there was absolutely no attitude. Even when it came to giving our mobile code, his tone stayed calm and pleasant. Even my husband mentioned that this was the smoothest transaction we’ve ever had at a McDonald’s.
