Very disappointing experience. I found a hair in my sandwich, which is completely unacceptable. When I brought it to the staff’s attention, they simply made me a new sandwich and did not offer a refund. Finding a hair in my food should never happen in the first place. The way the situation was handled left me feeling that customer concerns were not taken seriously. Not a pleasant experience.

The absolute worst order I have ever ordered. The sandwich didn't have all of the ingredients on it. They forgot one entire sandwich and the pickles are repulsive and covered in a mystery white liquid. I'd advise no one to eat or order from here and the restaurant should be shut down for health and safety concerns.

Wanted a quick lunch. Got a veggie melt and Mac n cheese. The bread was toasted perfectly with good crunch and tasted great. Mac n cheese was just right. I’m visiting here and noticed a few crazy homeless outside may want to sit inside

I like it here! First time here and I loved their sandwiches. This restaurant is right in the middle of 16th Street mall with free bus service so no need to walk if you don't want to. I got the broccoli cheddar soup with a tuna sandwich and it all tastes real good and it is all fresh you can tell by the taste. Their new wraps are delicious too the chicken bacon ranch wrap was yummy!
