Lady with tattoos at the drive through window will yell at you for going through the drive through to pick up your mobile order. She must’ve forgot you can pick up your own orders on DoorDash and we’re not all delivery drivers (which she clearly feels comfortable being mean too.) not a good way to treat customers.

This Tims Hortons in Depew 6339 transit is my favorite. The service is awesome and the workers are kind. Always love the morning staff during the week. Saturday went there and Jaz was awesome very pleasant nice and amazing customer service. She smiled and was very polite. This why i love going to this one. They get your order correct without any issues. Jaz thank you for your awesome service. Keep up the good work
