I stopped into Amphora Greek Tavern on a whim and was completely blown away. From the moment I walked in, the service was top notch. Peter was incredibly welcoming and took the time to walk me through the menu with great recommendations, which made the experience even better. The food was absolutely outstanding fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. Every bite exceeded expectations. One of the best Gyros I’ve had since moving to NH. The pita was stuffed so much with meat I could barely fit it in my mouth (that’s what she said). These fries were bussin’ (google the slang term if you’re outdated). The perfect combo of crispy and chewy seasoned to perfection. We had the mezze sampler and dolmades to start and they were both delicious, although I prefer the old way they used to do the sampler. The portions are a bit weaker now.
