HUGE Shoutout to Denise over at the Derry McDonald's. Most fast food places are a joke these days. Young kids with no social skills. Older adults that are grumps. It is what it is. Today I took my little one to get lunch and play. Denise took note that I ordered from the kiosk. She put two and two together quickly to realize my order didn't get sent to the kitchen. That was within two minutes of me ordering. I didn't need to say a word. She was ALL over it. Got my order in to the kitchen. Got me my drink. Brought my food over to the play place where my number was. Got me a chair for my table.

Waited over 25mins for a 20 piece mcnugget, 2 cokes which I had to ask for the cups 3 times, 2 fries and a happy meal. Others were waiting over 30mins. Worst McDonald's ive ever been to and won't return

Hit or miss worry the service. The manager does a nice job handling the crew. (The blonde hair woman manager) She will ensure your order is right, just be nice... they're young and busy. Give people a break.
