Terrible, tried this location again because it is close to home. Ordered a meal with an “iced caramel latte” get to the window and the e woman taking the money who is always extremely nice says “iced coffee with cream and sugar”. I say no, I said “iced caramel coffee”. She attempts to correct it, through the headphones with someone on the other side not agreeing as she has to say again, “no the customer said she ordered an iced caramel coffee”. Get to the window, asked to confirm it was “iced caramel coffee” since there appears to be no caramel on the bottom as the kid is holding it. He tells

This McDonalds has some of the poorest customer service I’ve ever seen. For some reason they always have cold stale fries and they do not like filling up beverages for some reason. When I go to other McD’s I never have this issue. What kind of company doesn’t fill up the cup when they serve drinks? They need to be reported to the higher ups for this because I’m sure McDonald’s corporate or the district manager would not appreciate this.

I used to come to this location every other day and in the last 6 months, this McDonald's location has consistently shorted me on the drinks I order. I usually get a Large Mocha Frappe and they keep giving me less drink and filling the extra space with whipped cream. At one point, I basically got a Large cup only half full and had to go into the store to show them the problem. The person who remade it, possibly a manager, STILL shorted me some. So I stopped going for a couple months and tried again. This is what I got. I essentially got like a Medium drink in a Large cup....Probably won't go

The place is horrible and ghetto. They took out of all the memorabilia of the original McDonalds building! They have the coworkers bikes inside the gate of the outside eating area... Really McDonalds you can't even have a simple bike rack for your employees? That's pathetic. And they don't even have inside seating... only outside seating.... it gets below freezing cold for Des Plaines, Illinois. This is sad for even McDonalds. Lastly I wanted a refill for my sweet tea when I finished my meal and the manager said they don't do refills!! Which McDonalds don't do refills? This is pure greed and
