Did not receive the extra condiments that I purchased for my tacos, and I did not receive the chibbi with the box. It was either stolen or never added, that is the only reason why I purchased this box. Definitely not worth the $18 plus. My roommate ordered the same thing and received their correct order. Can't blame me for being so bummed, it is sad when you pay extra only to not receive them..... Very disappointed

I walked in right at 10pm with my young daughter and the lady tells us they’re closed and tells us to walk through the drive through behind the cars. How logical is that? She shouldn’t be working in such a place.

Not only was the order wrong for the burger but the oil that the chicken nuggets were cooked in was completely dirty literally vomiting from how completely nasty that was not even the soda was able to wash that down literally made my sprite undrinkable that's how bad that taste was The burger was supposed to be a spicy chicken sandwich and got a custom burger order with just meat and condiments I'm to the point where I want to report this location to the BBB I HAVE NEVER EVER HAD TO FILE A COMPLAINT This location needs to be thoroughly checked so extremely disappointed to waste gas and ti

Worst Jack in the box not because of the food because of the management Maria and Emily are the worst managers in the world and they don’t know how to conduct their self. I come to the same Jack in the box every day and when they’re not here, everything run smoothly both of them are on a power trip and need to be fired.
