Good afternoon… To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally report a very disappointing and unprofessional experience I had at Fuzzy’s Taco Shop on my recent visit. I entered the restaurant at approximately 12:22 PM, and there was no line. Despite this, I waited nearly 20 minutes just to place my order. During that time, the manager assisting me struggled to operate the register and required help from another manager. At no point did anyone acknowledge the delay or offer a simple apology for the inconvenience. Additionally, I was required to swipe my card approximately six times due
