I had a great experience at the McDonald’s on 909 Beckley Ave. The staff was friendly and welcoming, my order was accurate, and the food was fresh and hot. The restaurant was clean, and service was quick even when it was busy. This location consistently delivers what you expect from McDonald’s and does it well. Definitely one of the better spots in the area—I’ll be coming back!

Very upsetting experience with the manager after an otherwise great day. My food was wrong in the drive through so i went inside. The young guy was very nice- he went to get the manager so I say down. I had to wait a few minutes but i didn’t mind. Well i was sitting and the manager stood at the counter asking what was wrong with an attitude. I explained and she rolled her eyes at me and walked off with an attitude. I was standing there like what just happened. She came back a few minutes later and i tried to have a conversation saying ma’am- i just feel like your customer service could be

Service could've been better. We ordered on the app, our order was brought to our table and my wife still had to get up to go get her drink and we were not giving any straws. The place is annoyingly too loud so my wife and I could not enjoy our meals

Manager Liz/Patty is rude. I asked for a refund and she acted like I was dumb. Nothing but kids working there crushing and fooling around. I order a burger and the meat was RAW! When I asked to get another the girl who took my order acted like she didn’t hear me. I asked or the manager and she said oh she’s in the restroom twenty minutes passed and I went to go look for the manager and then she acted like I was wrong. Never again! Count your days McDonals
