I’m very disappointed with the service at Tim Hortons. I ordered a Blackberry Protein Quencher and clearly asked for no ice, but they still added ice. On top of that, the cup wasn’t even filled properly. I was in a hurry and couldn’t come back, but this is not acceptable. Staff need to pay attention to customer requests and ensure proper portions are served.

Today I went to Tim Hortons at 525 University av. with my brother, who came from another country, because I wanted him to experience one of the most iconic coffee shops in Canada. Unfortunately, what he experienced instead was the complete lack of education, professionalism, and basic customer service from the cashier working the Thursday May 7th 5:00 PM shift. From the moment we arrived, there was no greeting, no smile, and no basic courtesy. I ordered a 10-pack of Timbits with 3 specific flavors and two cappuccinos. The food is alright...but the tables are never cleaned...they never seem to have potato wedges for some reason.
