Been here twice and they need to train their employees better. One time they flipped my bowl sideways dripping juice all over the bottom of the bag when I got to the door 10 steps away, the items in the bag dropped out and got my shoes all wet. Another time I was charged for guac when I didn't order one; didn't realize it until I got back to the office.

0 star —— POOR Customer Service. The customer service was extremely poor, with a very unprofessional attitude--easily the worst service I've ever experienced. The ingredients in the bowls were incorrectly prepared, and the lids were not properly close at all. The staff showed no patience while I was ordering, even though there was no line behind me. I was placing an order for four people, yet their behavior remained rude and dismissive throughout. P.S. It really makes me question their management--what kind of training leads to this kind of behavior?

My mom went to order Chipotle for our family today and I’m disgusted and disappointed by the service of these Chipotle employees. We are regular Chipotle customers, and have been to this location quite often. My mom was ordering 4 bowls for our family, and the whole time your workers were pushing my mom to hurry. Because of the constant pressure, my mom wasn’t able to think and asked your workers to give her a minute. They did not. They kept rushing her. Good News is they stopped shaking the spoon. Bad news is they stopped filling the spoon. I’ve supported this location more than they’ve deserved me to.
