Went to this Walnut location on a Friday around 8 PM to celebrate my 7-year-old daughter’s softball win and her “Student of the Month” award. She had a coupon from school, but we were fully prepared to pay full price (credit card already out). A male employee (name “Hong”) said in Chinese: “If you can’t afford it, don’t come.” He likely assumed we wouldn’t understand, but our whole family does—including my daughter. My daughter started crying. When we told him that, he responded: “Am I supposed to comfort your child?” He later denied what he said and even threatened to call the police. This

I ordered delivery. I got the delivery but upon opening the container there was a portion of a fortune cookie wrapper in my food. I’ve been trying to call the store but no one answers even though it’s only 7:30 and they are open until 9:30. This is unacceptable for serving food.

I went here right after school and it was a painful walk. But we got there. When I did I ordered my usual and it took really fast then usual and also the cup size was really good even for a medium. I recommend you go here if you want maximum value for food for money. But i did have a food coma though.

This Walnut Panda food was not consistent like other Pandas in the area. Pickup kid's meal for kid's dinner. Wanted to order special side which surprised me doesn't have in a pre dominate Asian Community. Orange chicken, Sesame chicken has no taste as all Pandas are pretty consistent. Requested teriyaki chicken to be cut smaller was just big pieces put in the box. Requested cut smaller cause my 2 young kids, it didn't happen. Only positive service of this Panda was Drive Thru lady, spoke nicely and clearly
