This is the third time of waiting forty minutes plus during the lunch rush to get my order. I ended up leaving and cancelling my online order without receiving my order. The staff are very nice and working hard, the food is decent, but the owner either needs to hire more staff or come down themselves and work the back themselves if they honestly cared about the business. Note: I left for Taco Bell, where the wages are roughly the same btw, and got food quickly even with a lunch rush there, because of good leadership. The owner is bringing this headache on themselves. Hubby and I made pur order, thought everything was fine only to get home and open the bag to see that I didn't get my Bacon Burger. My hubby was very upset and called the store only to get the answering machine. He left a message giving our receipt #, what was missing and his name and phone #. He never got a return phone call. That's the most frustrating part, the receipt tells you to call if something is wrong but anyone working that night shift could have deleted the message!! I ordered a Whopper on Whopper Wednesday, on the app, at 5:45 pm for a pick up at 6:15 pm. I got there at 6:10, and they claimed the order hadn't been placed, until miraculously, the order came through; I don't believe them at all. Ultimately, the order was completed at around 6:30ish. Also, I ordered the have-sies onion rings and fries with onion rings dip. There were about 4 tiny onion rings and about a dozen fries, and of course, no dip. What's the point of ordering ahead if they don't fulfill it for 15-20 minutes after the requested pick up time? I have to say that all the employees, exce

I've got to say this was the most fun I've had in years at any Burger King. We walked in ordered our food for for dine in... it was the best lively group working tonight ever. They were all getting along great singing out loud to the music playing, not only did I start singing with them but other customers as well when they came in. We all had a great amazing time. These days we need more of this in our lives. These kids rocked it and I will definitely be back with the fun atmosphere they bring... Good Job guys and gals.
