First and foremost the website and app was user-friendly. Second of the accuracy of the time stated that the food would be ready, it was actually ready before, which was a plus. The transaction upon receiving food and the friendliness of the staff was a plus plus. Lastly, the order was RIGHT- and food- it was still hot/warm when I got home it was very tasty and everything that I needed it to be. It tasted fresh and not like it was sitting. I’ll definitely be a regular.

Just got a large Jack Salmon fried hard for Sunny’s in South Holland. That fish was seasoned and fried to perfection. 10/10 Oh, and I ordered through their app and it ended up being free because I had 1,000 points… couldn’t get pics of the fish cause I started eating while walking out the door.

I have been going to Sunny’s since they were on 74th halsted. However, my last visits has been terrible! I went on my lunch and got to work and food was burnt and was not able to eat it however, I called and spoke to Marcus. He did say whenever I come back he got me because I wasn’t able to come back after work because they would be closed. However I went tonight and the food is terrible. I asked for small turkey tip mix sauce and I barely got sauce on the food and the turkey tips are dried out taste almost like chicken tips. I will never come back again.

I put in an online order, which will include your name when the business prints out the receipt. I arrive and I'm waiting at the window to be serviced. Some young girl without checking the receipt or name, gives my order to another customer. The customer returns and tells the cashier the order has a different name. She claims she could not see the name, yet the customer could read it why couldn't she? If you can't read the receipts that you see on a regular basis should you be behind the counter?Should she be handling orders? I think not.
