I understand that the red cup day will be go crazy. But the cashier was rude( the name start with letter J.)She told me that only order peppermint mocha can receive the red cup which is completely different from the app show me. The coffee quality was horrible.

This place is a joke. Had to go back 3 times because they can’t get an order correct. Asked for manager and he tells me I shouldn’t be upset like what? Wasting my time like hell no!!!

I visited this location with my wife and placed an order through the cashier at 11:39 AM, paying via the Starbucks app. The order included two drinks and a sandwich. After watching the status board for an extended time, my order entirely didn't appear on the screen and was not being fulfilled. I returned to the cashier to follow up. A second employee stepped in, spoke to me in a dismissive and condescending tone, and then turned her back and ignored me entirely. No apology. No attempt to prepare the order. After 49 minutes of waiting with zero resolution, I requested a full refund of $20.52. I

Unfortunately, my experience at this Starbucks was very disappointing. The wait for my coffee was much longer than expected, even though the location was not particularly busy. What was most upsetting was the attitude of one of the employees, who appeared to be a supervisor or manager. She was rude, dismissive, and spoke to customers in an unfriendly and unprofessional manner. Instead of making guests feel welcome, her behavior created an uncomfortable atmosphere. Customer service is just as important as the quality of the coffee, and unfortunately this location falls short in that regard. I
