We stopped by Los Roques Gourmet and ordered a special “Pargo Frito con Fosforera” and a “Lomo Asado”. Karen was the waitress, she new the menu by heart, quick, and so polite that invited to relax and enjoy the meal. The pargo was so, but so good, that we ordered another one. It was the most delicious fish we have eaten. The lomo asado was also great, but the fish is just unbeatable. We literally ate up to the bones. We felt so well that we met and thanked the owners Rafael and B
