Update : This has become our go to Pizza Shop. The Pizza is consistantly the same. Quality has been great. This was our first visit to this chain. We had pizza and a baked sub. Overall, it was pretty good. I would eat here again. The flavored crust options are cool.

Picked up pizza from an online order. Was given a cheese pizza instead of meats pizza. Called to have remade so I can pick up the correct one. Was told by the manager their policy is to see the wrong pizza before it’s remade. Traveled to store with pizza they remade without even looking in the box. 1 hour later I asked about the pizza and the manager said they lost it. She told the guys working there to find it instead of remaking a third pizza. Requested a refund and left! Terrible management and rude service. 3 hours trying to get a pizza and ate at Arby’s instead.

We really love Hungry Howies , but you need to improve the online service. Also, I do not think it’s right that you give discounts because you order online. I spent 15 minutes trying to order a pizza online and continue to have issues. However ,our cashier,Miss Jayden B was awesome!
