A True Kentucky Fried Experience (with one minor suggestion!) I absolutely loved my visit to this KFC location! As someone looking for the authentic Kentucky Fried Chicken experience while in Kentucky, this place totally delivered. First and foremost, the food was outstanding. The flavor here is genuinely better than any other KFC I've visited elsewhere – it truly tastes like the real deal. I highly recommend their food! **A plumber needs to be hired!!** Bathroom smells terrible like sewer and water all on the floor. Dining area was at least 80-85 degrees, so it was miserable to eat inside. I didn’t see anyone cleaning the dining area either, most tables were dirty and not customer ready. Disappointed that they advertise a “Bucket For One” and then give you a paper tray like you’d get at a cookout. There’s no bucket, it’s just a gimmick to get you to order a $12 meal. It was horrible, the lady that was supposed to be working (taking orders) walked around like a zombie and was very rude. After the I assume manger finally took our order, I still waited about 20 minutes for our food.I got the ladies attention, to asked for our teas, she rolled her eyes and slammed them for then walked away.

If they mess your order up the phone is off the hook so they won't replace it unless you go back with receipt and food. I wait 37 minutes on my lunch break for a famous bowl NO CORN OR GRAVY got the wrong order the first time and them they assured me this order was correct and it has EXTRA GRAVY. Not sure what happened today but yall dropped the ball and I will not be back!
