As good as the service was Food on the other hand not so good. Would you pay $3 for this chicken wrap? You can't say the phrase here Eat great even late. Great customer service though Shut this nasty location down. Second visit and food colder than my soda and flat Sprite. Terrible restaurant ran by terrible management . You people deserve no stars I wish there was an option

Waited almost 40 minutes in the drive-thru…I would’ve left but once you’re in the drive thru line and someone gets behind you then you are stuck, I waited at the speaker for someone to acknowledge we were there for 10 minutes. I ordered ahead of time and picked drive thru because I had to be somewhere and was late because I couldn’t leave the drive thru line and the cherry on top I finally get to the window and they didn’t have my order ready from ordering it an HOUR before

I’ve been in here several times and it’s always a big disappointment. I love Burger King and it makes me sad that this location is so terrible. Whether they’re burning the burger to a crisp… the receipt printer is broken again… can’t get somebody to take your order inside… male employee working the register in their undershirt again… it’s a real clown show. I have never been here once where everything was just normal, for goodness sake! Look at my history and my other post and you will see normally I have a great time everywhere… but not here sadly. I would give zero stars to this location

My order was incomplete after picking up at the drive thru. I walked in and spoke to Jenn the manager and she was able to help resolve the issue of my missing items. Food is always hot and fresh here. I appreciated the respect I got even though I walked in mad lol
