Make sure you check your food. I ordered a big breakfast with hot cakes. Repeat, hotcakes. No syrup. This is 3rd time they did not put syrup in the bag. My bad for not checking every single time with this place. Because apparently, hotcakes without syrup is a normal thing to do. Ridiculous.

Food was as expected from a McDonald’s, cheap and quick with no salt and stingy with the sauces. Place was clean and recently remodeled on the inside, with less seating, no more self serve drink machines, so you have to wait to get a refill. It looks nice for a McDonald’s but I’m honestly not a fan of the new interior and the seats were even more uncomfortable than what they had before.

I came to this establishment on my lunch break Tuesday March 24 at 3:23pm, so obviously time is of the essence. The kiosk showed the Oreo McFlurry sold out which was OK. The problem is that the menu selection showed the hot fudge sundae and bottled water as available options which I purchased. I’m standing in line and the server comes back to say there is no ice cream, so now I’m waiting for a manager to refund my order. The manager has to prep the register for me to scan my card for the refund, have me sign a receipt for the refund, then he has to take a picture of my original receipt. Dude…

Ordered through the app for drive-thru pickup and it took 25 minutes from the time I placed the order to actually get my food. When I got to the window, nobody could find my order and the staff kept asking if I ordered at the right location, like I didn’t know what I was doing. Instead of just checking the system properly, they kept sending me in circles. The whole process was slow, disorganized, and frustrating. If you’re offering mobile ordering for drive-thru pickup, the staff should know how to locate the order and move the line along. Completely defeats the purpose of ordering ahead.
