So I have been a fan of Polisenos probably my whole life, I grew up in Hartly and it’s the best pizza in my opinion in the area but today I think may be my last visit. I asked for just a sausage, not the peppers and onion or bread just the sausage uncut. I got a cut sausage on a roll and when I got home was told “not to eat the sausage and bring it back tomorrow”. A sausage? You can’t simply give me what I asked for when I come back? I hate unnecessary obstacles especially when I did nothing wrong. Mind you I paid 13.50, so clearly paying isn’t the issue. Pretty good pizza. Allegedly hand tossed, with their own house made dough, and same for the sauce. Speed in getting it made was ok. Definitely will try them again at some point.

Went in to place an order. The white lady with short blonde hair was on her phone while I was deciding what to order. When I went up to the counter she was still on her phone. I just stood there and then she stared at me and stated that she already greeted me while continuing to be on her phone. I stated I was just waiting for her to be done on her phone. I didn’t know if it was important or whatever. 🤷‍♀️. She stated that she already greeted me. Let’s just say I walked out. My delivery took more than a hour. Then they charged me for extra sauce that I didn't receive, and the food was cold. I called to tell them and a woman said there was no way my food could be cold. I actually put my Stromboli in the microwave to get some warmth. They suck. I wouldn't recommend delivery
