One of my friends who comes to visit Downey once in a long while had suggested this place for good chicken sandwiches. Originally me and my family tried in a different location(cannot recall where it was exactly) however this location had better quality in the chicken. It was lunch time on a Sunday afternoon and all but one table were occupied. We ordered our meals and waited at the available table in the back. I really hope I just came on a bad day, because this place unfortunately underdelivered quite a bit. I ordered a 3 tender meal alongside a side of mac and cheese, which already came out far pricier than most hot chicken I've eaten in SoCal, but I was willing to accept that may be for the quality I'm getting. unfortunately that was not the case. the bathroom was inaccessible, and the drink fountain had no ice, which already sucked quite a bit considering you're eating spicy food. the service wasn't the fastest, but there was only one person behind the counter working so it's understandable. the

Ordered on their preferred platform. It said it would be ready in “at least 30 minutes” so I timed myself accordingly to pick up. When I got there right at the suggested pickup time, I opened the food in my car to find what everything had become moist and soggy, everything lost its texture and crunch. I’m not sure if it was the packaging or simply the misleading time but if you ask me, both need improvement. Once I got back to my hotel which is down the street I sat down to eat only to find that the chicken had lost or missing flavor. I don’t know if you ever been to a place where you can smel
