I had a wonderful experience at Norms. The host and server provided excellent customer service and were always smiling, which made the visit even more enjoyable. She was very attentive, checking in often to make sure everything was okay and asking if I needed extra coffee. The restaurant was very clean and spotless—even the bathrooms were well-maintained, which says a lot about the place. It’s a welcoming and comfortable spot, and I’ll definitely be returning.

Very nice restaurant, which brings old school diner vibes. Music is old school with a mix of some newer songs. Food comes out at a good amount of time. Servers are nice and check on the tables regularly. Good mix of breakfast options mixed with Hispanic foods.

Norms has really upped their game since the last time I ate breakfast here. There used to be a waitress who worked here who was really rude. I guess she had been working here for several years. It got to the point where she was throwing plates, which is why I stopped coming. Now she’s gone, and my waitress this time was Martha. She was awesome and did a great job. She was very attentive—I never saw the bottom of my coffee cup; it was always full. It also looks like the staff really backs each other up, so you’re never left unattended for even a minute. If i could give it negative 100 stars I would!!! I got my food delivered and the burger was practically raw!! Im never giving them my business again! This was by far the worst experience I've ever had
