I’ve visited this establishment twice since the change in ownership, and unfortunately, my experiences have not met my expectations. I found the staff member in the full garment to be quite rude and disrespectful, which was disappointing. I believe the ownership could benefit from addressing these customer service issues. On a positive note, I did have a pleasant interaction with a staff member in the afternoon, whom I believe is named Elisha. She truly brightened my visit. However, until improvements are made, I think I will take a break from returning. ​

The large cheesesteak I had was good. The only thing i would suggest is putting more meat, and the other half I had couldn't see no meat on the end until I had opened the roll to see. Like i said before overall it's good and just needed more meat to actually pack the roll. FYI, just don't want me or anyone else feeling like we getting ripped off. The fries were good and hot and hot even after i ate my cheesesteak.

My family and I had a solid experience dining here. We enjoyed the variety of sandwiches we ordered. We had a Cheese Steak Hoagie, Old World Italian hoagie, Chicken Finger Hoagie, Chicken Cutlet Parmigiana, and Curly Fries with a side of Cheese Sauce. We selected the seeded rolls for the sandwiches, and they were fresh and crusty, with plenty of support to stand up to the delicious contents of the sandwiches.
