El Paisano may not win any design awards — the place could use some TLC — but don’t let that fool you. I’m from Arizona and a bit of a foodie, and these tacos hit the spot. The steak could’ve used a little more char, but the toppings were fresh and the flavor was authentic. The real stars? The sauces. The green has that perfect tomatillo tang, and the red packs serious heat with real chili flavor — not that “Midwest spicy” nonsense. 🌶️ If you can overlook the décor, your taste buds will be very happy
