Brought the family here for dinner and had a delicious meal. They were out of personal pans but we didn't know that til after we ordered. The manager came over and explained they would give large pizzas for the same price. Manager was very friendly and we enjoyed chatting with him. He was so polite,brought us refills on drinks,made sure we had enough boxes for bringing leftovers home. Very impressed with our visit. Very quiet relaxing atmosphere also 🥰

Fantastic costumer service! It started not so great, I had placed a pretty big delivery order and when it arrived (via DoorDash NOT Pizza Hut themselves) I had only received one pizza instead of the massive order I placed. I went straight to the store and the employees and general manager made it right IMMEDIATELY. They started making me a new order on the spot and refunded me as well. 10/10 service I will always return here. 😊 but beware of DoorDash seriously.

I get my order delivered one every 2 weeks at a minimum. This experience was horrible. Every other was great. My cheese bread and cinnabon dessert were packaged together so the cheese bread tasted like cinnamon so much we could not eat them. Called to explain my complaint and I got "next time you order it'll be separate". Oh really well what about this order??? No one even tried to make it right I don't care if it's $5 off my next order I have ordered consistently for a couple years and this experience makes me never want to order again.

The manager went above and beyond to make our experience excellent. From playing duck duck goose with our grandson to dishing our food out and making sure all the hot pans were away from his hands. I would definitely recommend this place for a family.
