Service was great, I wanted Golden chick cause I haven't gotten their food in a long time being the prices going up. And I got a 6 pc and got regular gravy and I wanted to try the new sauce. They barely gave any gravy, like a dab on the bottom which will only be able to eat with One Chicken strip maybe 2 if I try. I just thought they were a little greedy on the gravy. For 6 pc meal.

I had my order taken by Rosamaria today. I think she was new because I had not seen her before, but I just wanted to give her a shout out for doing an excellent job! She was friendly and welcoming, took my order promptly and even walked my food out to me! She is a good addition to your team.

Generally slow service, food takes forever to come out. The final straw was a nasty salad I got that’s basically full of wilted and brown lettuce

This location (202 s cedar ridge dr,Duncanville) and staff help redeem the bad experience i had at another location. Excellent customer service and exceptional food, there was a little bit of a wait but i didn't mind because of the great service. The other location should take note of what this location is doing and model that kind of service.
