Nice serving of protein for the pit beef, not a lot of smoke on it or signs of a char. Asked for medium got more of a medium-well, a tad dry but filling sandwhich. Nice selection of fixings. Bun couldn't stand up to the stack of protein, needs to be a little more hearty. Good cook on the french fries, great cheese sauce. Nice sized hamburger my wife got, was not asked a desired doneness. Burger was also dry, no internal flavor. Could not tell if the burger is fresh grind or previously formed/frozen. I doordash n get orders from here on the regular! Never knew this place was here n lived right down the street for 10+yrs! Just pulling up when they're smoking n doing their meats makes me so hungry! The employees are very nice and friendly! Unfortunately money has been tight so I don't get to order out much right now. Maybe 1-2Xs a year. I can't wait to try their food! I love to cook, BBQ, smoke my meats as well but live in a tiny place so cleaning up after doing something big is a pain and when I get meats I try n buy big since its cheaper to do it this way n I cut myself portion sized meals

I got a half rack of ribs and mac and cheese. It was very good. All of the food was hot and the ribs fell off of the bone. Its very affordable and I will definitely be back if I have a job site in the area😁😁
