Firstly there’s only two ppl working, which can be understandable since the location is small. However there is staff that is not trained with limited help which holds up the line. Also the portions given today were unacceptable especially if you’re expecting marketing quality. When I mentioned my concern with the picture of the “LOADED” toast vs what I received, the guy was just like oh and laughed it off. I’ve been here twice now and both times were pleasant experiences. Same staff. On our second visit the woman working greeted my baby with a surprise mini smoothie (strawberries and ice) it was very thoughtful and sweet. I’ve enjoyed every smoothie I’ve had here. Great service, a very clean atmosphere (the lady is constantly cleaning), and my smoothie was finished before I was ready for it. I had special requests (ingredients withheld/additions) and they’re made right every time. We will be back!

My wife and I get smoothies from here daily. I get the HULK, wife gets Metabolism Boost, manager at this location makes them great. All other locations seem to botch the smoothies, not this location. Shout out to the manager!! Ps, love the comments you pencil in on the cups.
