Ordered a family meal while at heb mind you this was at 9:25 I arrive at 9:36 and they dont have my order ready until 9:45 which took them 15 minutes for my order mind you i would get that for 8-10 minutes if I were to eat there I thought picking up was faster? But I guess not.

I don't usually leave reviews, but the service at this McDonald's was so disappointing that people deserve a warning. From the moment I walked in, the energy felt completely off. The employees looked overwhelmed, unorganized, and honestly like they did not want to be there. Instead of working together, they looked confused and stressed, which made the whole place feel chaotic. My order took way longer than it should have, even though the lobby wasn't busy. The staff moved slowly, didn't communicate, and kept messing up orders for multiple customers. By the time I got my food, it was cold, thr

This location is a must for me and my family when we come back from out of town. We have never had a bad experience until today, my food order was missing couple items. Went to the counter and asked nicely if I could have what I was missing, the young man were polite ,but the lady in charge swore she gave me what was missing telling them to go check my table had me stranding there for a while and I heard her and I told her go check no need to lie. While that was happening the other coworker told her she put it in the wrong order. I couldn’t even eat I was so upset the way I was treated.

Stopped by the McDonald's on Main St this morning and had a great experience. The drive-thru moved incredibly fast for a busy weekday, and my Mc Griddle was hot and fresh. A huge shoutout to the staff at the window—they were super friendly and actually made sure I had napkins and ketchup without me having to ask. It’s the little things that make a difference!
