Baruch Hashem. ⭐ One star. I came in for a simple breakfast — eggs and coffee — and politely asked whether they offer a basic military discount, which I have received at many similar places in this neighborhood. Instead of a respectful yes or no, the manager publicly embarrassed me and criticized me because I served in the United States Army, not the Israeli military. I am a United States Army veteran. I also previously tried to explore serving in Israel, but could not move forward due to Israeli documentation barriers. No customer should be mocked or humiliated while trying to buy food.

I had to wait over 30 minutes for 2 sandwiches And I didn’t even get what I wanted, I ordered a goat cheese sandwich, and it was meant to come with eggplant. There was no eggplant inside and there was an Extreme amount of pesto and cheese inside I am very disappointed with this service

My wife and I live and the neighborhood and like to take a short walk to get a latte and pastry. Items purchased we’ve never had any complaints. On two evenings we’ve walked to get a late night coffee and pastry and they have been closed. Checked Google and it shows they are open (24 hours) tonight rode by and they are closed again (Google shows they are 24 hours) this isn’t the first (or third) time this has happened. Update your hours.

They have an extensive menu and everything is freshly prepare on the spot! Fresh Patisseries are all baked the same day! Great selection of drink overall it’s a big Yes! 6/5! Only reason why not a 7/5 * is because the coffee beans are not freshly roasted however most American won’t even notice it with all the extra toping and sugar they’ll add to it.. great job Chocolatte, you are one of a kind! ma cosa vuoi di meglio?
