I usually order in the app and never had a problem. I came inside and was just waiting in the mobile pickup line and the general manager was very rude. She tells me your order isn’t done yet to which I reply I can tell. I never complained or asked about it being done but she was very rude to other customers as well. She lacked customer service without a doubt and was rushing everyone. Super disappointed and will think twice about visiting again.

Placed order at drive thru and was asked if I wanted to round the total up for charity. I replied no. When I drove to the window I saw where they rounded up the amount anyway. Watch your transactions from this place!

It's fine. My roommates sundae was good. I got a moolate that the woman at the drive thru had to assure me was mocha because they just didn't put chocolate syrup on it. Definitely needs the syrup as it barely tastes of chocolate, nevermind the ice being barely blended

$8 rotisserie chicken bites. Meal. Comes with dipping sauce drink and chips. That is ridiculous. But that's on dairy queen. We got banana splits and a blizzard and it was made amazing. The staff was friendly.
