Been to this location 3 times in last 3 months. Not sure the woman's name, dark haired, rude the first time I said nothing, decided I wanted chicken about a month later an same woman, very rude an disrespectful. It's been 3 months an I decided to go back again the same woman was very rude so I left without my order an tried to call to reach manager an she answered the phone an when I started talking she laughed an I just hung up. I don’t know the manager’s name but she was there tonight and she is single handedly the best manager at a fast food restaurant! She always makes sure our food is correct, hot, and cooked right. I can’t thank her enough because after a long day at work being able to just eat my dinner makes everything so much better. Thank you!!!

To the woman who brought out the online orders to the drive through this evening..... You're attitude and treatment of honest customers is shameful. When you brought out that massive order, I was polite and honest that it wasn't mine. I simply stated that it was not my order, I had a much smaller order. You had an attitude and looked at me like I was stupid. For the record, I could have just taken that massive order and you would have had to make it again and eaten the cost of the second order, but I didn't. I wasn't even rude. Do better.

Used to love this location . Went to spend 10.00 on 3 drinks. When i ordered tea i made sure to ask for EXTRA EXTRA ice in the tea. Nothing was said during order that extra ice would be an issue ( as it never has been before) we are handed the drinks. The tea has maybe 5 pieces of ice. I ask the guy ( who also took our order) for a cup of ice he said he cant do that. So i try to hand him the cup and was like.you heard me order extra ice .
