I usually have good experiences at Panera, but they forgot to put my brownie in the bag. I couldn't turn back because I am on a trip, and they couldn't credit my account, so it was not a good experience.

Locking your bathrooms must be working so well. Not even your own employees and can get in to clean them! Laughable that you need to put locks on disgusting bathrooms. This whole place needs a deep clean. It smells and looks horrible.

Major management issues! Took 40 minutes for a grilled cheese. The cashier refused to sell my daughter a cinnamon roll from the case right next to her because they were too busy. No one was in line behind her. Why only two people working on a Sunday? Then, why is the restaurant filthy? This much filth doesn't accumulate in a day or two. Gross!
