I have never been here where it’s taken less than 10 minutes to even order food and I’ve been at every timeframe of day. It’s likely not the fault of the regular employees but management needs to either hire more people or actually train the employees at this location. The drive thru regularly is stopped for 10+ minutes at a time. You’re almost always better off going to the farther location in Wenatchee proper. evahse this one is so slow.

I’ve given the McDonald’s on Mission Street in Wenatchee multiple chances, and unfortunately the customer service continues to be some of the worst I’ve experienced at any fast-food restaurant. The employees seem far more interested in talking to each other and focusing exclusively on the drive-thru than helping the customers standing directly in front of them at the counter. On nearly every visit, I’ve stood at the register while multiple employees looked right at me and simply ignored me. Best McDonald's I've been to, ever! The fish burger was perfect, the fries perfectly cooked and filled to happy Standards and the mcnuggets were perfectly cooked as well. Gave enough sauces and the soda was excellent, perfect spiciness and carbonated. The staff was awesome and efficient. Thank you all for such a great experience at a McDonald's!!!
