Love this restaurant nestled in downtown Easton. The service truly stands out. I mentioned a food sensitivity and asked about swapping sides, and the waitress immediately offered several great alternatives without hesitation. River Grille is a New American restaurant located on Northampton St. in Easton. It's open Monday through Thursday, 11:30 AM - 9 PM, Friday and Saturday, 11:30 AM - 10 PM, and Sunday, 4 PM - 8 PM. Reservations recommended. I'd heard nothing but glowing reviews about this place, so I was more than a little excited to experience it for myself. For appetizers, I had the chicken spring rolls, fried calamari, and lobster bisque. The spring rolls had a crisp bite with a perfect mix of napa cabbage, carrot, hoisin, and sriracha aioli. Excellent experience at River Grille! First off, the staff was amazing. The hostess was kind and pleasant, the server was friendly and very helpful and, who appeared to be the manager, saw that my mom was hot when we sat down, and asked us if we wanted to move to a cooler spot. It meant alot with how much they cared.. next the food, excellent!! Ahi tuna is to die for.. and my mom got meat sauce gnocchi which was also excellent. Their menu has something for everyone. Can't wait to come back to try something different when I visit Easton again :)
