Un sanitary i watched 3 different employees handle money phones food and drinks back to back without washing hands. I watched the drive through attendant and another employee grab the cup by the lods where you drink without washing there hands. Its a wonder im sick. Coffee was room temperature at best. Will never go to another tim Hortons again.

50% of the time, my coffee is wrong. The other 50% of the time my food is cold. I wish I was making this up. I go here every day because its on my way to work. I have noticed that most of my bad experiences have a tall black guy with an afro in the drive thru.

I love coming to this Tim Hortans. The management is spectacular. The staff is ALWAYS so pleasant, especially Justin and Samar. The food and drinks are great and fresh per usual. The store is clean and neat. I love coming here! Update: I LOVE the bagels and iced coffee! The bagels are always fresh and tasty. The coffee is made perfectly every time. Nice and strong!

I came here today to redeem reward points and none of the workers, including the supervisor, knew how to work the system. Turns out, Austin, rang me up for the wrong drink which is why it wasn't working. I specified many times it was hot, not iced, because they kept asking me. Then, Miranda gave it to me, iced. When I said again that I wanted it hot, she smacked her lips at me and rolled her eyes, like it was my fault. I then received it hot, watered down (maybe she used the iced milk?), and messy. It took 15+ minutes for this, with one person ahead of me, 2 cars in drive thru, and the 2 peopl
