We recently visited this McDonald’s and were pleased with the overall experience. There was no wait time at the counter, the self‑serve stations were operating smoothly, and the staff were friendly and attentive. We also want to commend the restaurant for its overall cleanliness; the dining area and tables were spotless, and the food quality was up to McDonald’s standards. Unfortunately, the restroom was undergoing cleaning, which prevented us from using it. I usually come here for lunch and to get away from work. Not a lot of peeps around 1pm but gets pack from the school nearby. Never had an issue, good service and clean. I usually see one staff member cleaning. With the app I get my food at my table. My fish sandwich was free since I had points. Overall I was happy.

I use to come to this restaurant for years. Ever since they remodeled it, it has become more about your $$$ and wallet and not about you the customer. They don't give a damm about you the customer or customer service. If you eat-in, they force you to use Kisos for food ordering. No face to face contact. The Kisos forces you to take a table number and sit down. Food will be brought to you. So, I waited. Waited. And waited. Then I got up from my table.
