Walked in to see new renovation. Tried to place an order with the new computer screen, clerk even came over to help me . Nice patient clerk. Left without a coffee. Will not go back until you can walk up to the counter and order from a live person. Technology will drive your customers away faster than poor employees. Your employee was very patient and couldn't even figure out why it was not working.

I always have a great experience at this Tim Hortons! The staff are friendly, service is quick, my order is always made correctly, and the store and parking lot are kept very clean. They also always have my favourite Protein Latte available!

I come a lot of times in the morning and get the same thing just varying size. Just a few minutes ago I went through the drive thru ordered the same coffee I always do $2.50, I had counted it out before so it would be quick couldn’t remember the exact price originally so I gave him $2.80, waited for my change only for them not to give it back to me, fine it’s a few cents they’re usually great but maybe ask before you take my money. Then I get to work and find out not only did they take my money they messed up my coffee too. It’s one thing to mess up my coffee but to just decide on your own tha
