Brick & Bourbon is the kind of place that makes you glad you showed up hungry. The food was awesome from start to finish, and the meatloaf was seriously the star of the show. It was packed with flavor, cooked perfectly, and had that perfect comfort-food taste that makes you feel like someone’s grandma is in the kitchen, but somehow also went to culinary school. Let me start this off by saying our waitress was PHENOMENAL. The service was lovely (albeit super slow since it seemed like they were understaffed) and so was the food. I have a wheat allergy, so I cannot drink wheat based vodka. When I was in yesterday after my car got totaled and my partner wanted to buy me a drink and let me lament, I couldn't believe they had a cotton candy cocktail. I LOVE cotton candy like a 5 year old despite being old enough to drink. 😂 Very exciting. And it was with real cotton candy, not flavored vodka. It had a wheat based vodka listed, so I asked to swap for anyt
