Food is usually pretty good but the white woman with bangs and glasses at the window honestly just seems like she hates her job. She’s always very rude and lacks customer service. I have actually not gone to Eden prairie Wendy’s for this specific reason. Everyone else in there is so kind. She should not take orders.

I have now had two really poor experiences through the drive thru at this location. The first time a couple weeks ago, the employee was beyond rude when I asked to use the app for a special; “that’s been broken for over three days!” How was I supposed to know that, I don’t frequent Wendy’s, or any fast food restaurant, daily. Would give this place 0 stars if I could. Food and service is usually good during the day but the middle aged lady that works night shift ESPECIALLY on Sundays negates any other experience I’ve had. I ordered from DoorDash around 11:30pm on Sunday night (I order from this exact location frequently so I’m familiar with the hours and closing times). My dasher finally arrived to pickup my order a little before midnight and showed they were waiting there for over 10 mins before canceling my order.
