I went here for a classic. Bad coffee and a bad breakfast sandwich. I love that combo $4.50 and you are ready to start your day. I got an americano so I was ready to pay a bit extra, I was completely surprised when my total was over 12 dollars. For a heated from frozen bagel sandwich and 2 shots of espresso mixed with water. Insane. I could go to goodfellas and get a sandwich made from scratch and a really good americano for 10 total! Why would I ever come here again who would spend 12 dollars on gas station level breakfast food. Staff was wonderful this isnt there fault and I KNOW their wages

I recently came in with my grandma, and we both got 2 bagels, and she got a coffee. The staff was super friendly and made are food really quickly. Would definitely come back again!

Came in on 03/15/2026 order a 20oz latte of Joy and a 24oz Cold Foam Carmel. I paid when I received my order it was incorrect. I mentioned it to the associate. The associate did not offer to correct or fix the issue but simply replied that is how it was rang in. Im not sure what training is being provided but that is not an acceptable response. Is it customary of this location to not make what people order then tell them, "Well, thats how it was rang in." No sorry no offer to correct the mistake. I didn't even have a problem paying more if that was the case. However we never even got to that p

The coffee is great but this is by far the slowest location in Lansing. It doesn't matter the time of day, there is a wait! This is the closet location to me but I'll take a further drive for quicker service. This is my last time coming to this location. 3/8, 12:50 pm, 1 vehicle ahead of me 10+ minute wait for lukewarm coffee
