Most others eating around me are Latino speaking Spanish energetically and in a way that lets you know they are regulars and know each other. I believe that when natives of the country of origin of the food frequent a restaurant, you can be sure the food is authentic. I had the chicken mole enchiladas with a side of guacamole. The restaurant provided corn chips with a bean dip that was tasty but I did add some salt. The mole sauce was tangy yet not overly hot. The meal was large
