With so many great restaurants in this plaza, Lua Vietnamese Cuisine somehow slipped under my radar for years. After hearing people rave about it for so long, my wife and I finally decided to give it a try. It absolutely lived up to the hype. We started with the Bánh Khọt, which was an excellent appetizer. I and My husband recently visited to celebrate our nine-year-old’s birthday. He’s a huge fan of Vietnamese pho, and this spot did not disappoint! We loved the BYOB policy—it was so convenient to grab a bottle from the store just a few doors down. The staff even opened and served it for us, which was a lovely touch. I had an amazing experience at Lua Vietnamese Cuisine! I originally came because my friend Lasha recommended it—he’s the manager—but he wasn’t there at the time. As soon as he found out I was visiting, he actually showed up, which already says a lot about how much he cares. Everything he recommended was absolutely delicious.
