Tia Davis★★We visited Orthello's with family the nught before the OKC Marathon, and while there were some positives, the overall experience was a bit mixed. Because of our large group, we were seated upstairs, which worked fine for accommodating everyone. The drinks were definitely a highlight—very well made and enjoyable. Unfortunately, the food didn’t quite meet expectations. I ordered the chicken parmesan; the chicken itself was cooked really well, but the sauce was pretty flavorless and didn’t add much to the dish. The calamari was good, but not authentic in my opinion. The Veal Parmigiana was just ok. I expected the breading to be more authentic and the sauce seemed to be watery. It was really good I just expected so much more. I did ask for sauce on the side based on other reviews and pictures showing way more sauce on the plate than I wanted.
