What a great experience all around. Service was great. Food was exceptional. Lively atmosphere. And wait listing online is the way to go. I got the ribeye & ribs combo. Riley was a little chewy, but so flavorful and prepped medium rare, as I asked. Fully load baked potato was also on point. Oh, and ribs fell off the bones! One bit was a little dry, but the rest was moist and juicy. Only thing I wish they had was a wedge salad. I settled for a house salad with blue cheese. Wife got the 9 piece shrimp. She said 'sure' to mushrooms and onions. She didnt know the waitress was upselling her. She

Great place overall! It can get a bit noisy, but if you enjoy music while waiting, the vibe is actually nice. The food is really good—especially the steak. The staff are attentive and always check if you need anything or if your food is okay. I also appreciate how organized they are—when one attendant goes on break, they inform you and introduce another staff member to take over. Really impressed with their professionalism and work ethic.

I’ve been going to the National City location forever and I’ve never had any issues with them messing up with my steak cooking. Tonight, I took my family to the El Cajon location and my steak was supposed to be medium rare and got well done. Had to wait to get my new steak and by the time my new steak came out, I was already full of eating the bread. But overall, the waiter was amazing and very helpful!
