Since when is a large coffee a medium 24 oz ? Payed for a large and received a medium… noticed once I put it side by side to my small coffee. **Update** They refunded me about $3 and some change. So a small… when I paid for a large.

I went through the drive-through. I just left. I ordered an iced coffee with bacon avocado toast…. I got my order I got to work and I noticed that there was no bacon… And it’s kind of frustrating because this is the second time that this has happened… The first time I had time to go back and let them know, but this time I Couldn’t. It’s a very frustrating, especially in the drive-through because it seemed like they rush you out of there. Please do better.

Is this place under new management??? Already the last two visits my drink has been extensively delayed. I see other people come and go and don't see my drink. The digital screen says that my drink is done but I don't see it. Last time I got a drink, I had to walk up to the counter after 10 minutes of waiting and then they started making it. Today, I decided to order my drink about 8 minutes before arriving. I still waited nearly 15 minutes until I finally had to walk up to the counter. Lo and behold, one of the guys pulls a drink from the back side of the order pick up shelf and puts it on t

I usually go to the upland Dunkin. But since I was in the corona area i decided to stop at this location. I tried ordering in the kiosk and it kept saying error. So I went to the front and ordered what I wanted. The staff was not friendly. the store was dirty. the donuts were stale. The drinks I ordered were ok. I definitely will not be returning to this location.
