Cookies were fantastic as always but Stephen(hope i spelled it right) was awesome. He took the time to explain the rewards program. Had a big smile the whole time. My cookies were being made fresh and he made sure to communicate they need time to cool. He even brought the box to the door for me while i waitied outside. We need more people like this in customer service.

Only note: the evening sunlight coming through the windows is no joke. Some retractable blinds would be a game changer, for both customers and the staff! Came in for cookies and left slightly blind. 😎 Definitely coming back for more at a different time of day. 🍪💛
